Akoya Freshwater Pink Apricot Baroque Pearls, 10-10.5mm

Lovely, deep shimmer, these have a nice luster, with a more baroque shape.  They are slightly teardrop shaped, drilled through so they could be used as drops or dangles.  10-10.5mm diameter.  Lovely color, somewhat of a rose pink, with apricot overtones.

These are called Akoya because they are cultured in the same way saltwater Akoya's are, but in a specific freshwater pearl mussel. 

They generally have a nucleus of mother of pearl, which can give them a more reflective nacre.
