Thank you for taking the time to stop in and read about our store- ALthough we have thousands of beads, there are only 2 of us here trying to stay afloat, and we appreciate any input as to what we can do better, or if there are any problems on the site.

ABOUT US

Since we are basically an online catalog, with changing inventory, we do not offer a printed catalog. Most of our items are hand picked from vendors, and it can be very hard to re-order that exact same item at a later time. Colors of dye lots, as well as small changes in the sizes would make the offerings in a printed catalog absolete very shortly. We do make an effort to re-stock many standard colors and sizes, but if you see an unusual shape or color, buy it now! We also like to take requests, if you are looking for a particular item please email, we may have a source for it!

POLICIES & RATES

It's no fun buying something you can't use, so any item you purchase here, is full returnable, for refund or exchange, excluding shipping.

Please email before you return, so we know what to expect, and return full string, unbroken. Sometimes you may receive a string with a loose end, and some loose beads, this happens when being pulled from the hank, and we do know it happens, please be sure to include all loose beads in your return.

We generally ship within 3 days of order, and use USPS for shipping, orders under $50 go 1st class, over will go regular priority mail. They actually take about the same time for delivery, unless you live in a rural area.

International shipping is no problem, the cart will add for USPS Global Priority shipping, if you have another source for shipping, just note in comment when checking out. International shipping does not include insurance, it is very costly, but if the order is large enough, I can use Global Express for $20, and it will include $500 insurance.
